Indeed, it seems that the Escape could simply be replaced by a 100% electric model after 2025.
From 2001 to 2023
The Ford Escape entered the market in 2001, and the model immediately captivated the public. It\'s worth noting that this was still the early days of the SUV era, but the Escape\'s capabilities and, above all, its appearance were more than enough to make it one of the most popular models in its segment. Today, we are in the fourth generation of the Escape, and the model has just undergone a significant update. Ford has completely revamped the lineup with new names for different versions and different finishes. Some aesthetic elements have also been changed, in addition to the addition of a 12.3-inch screen for certain versions.
What makes the Escape one of the most interesting vehicles in its category is precisely the variety it offers. You can opt for the ST Line version for a sportier look. The American manufacturer\'s SUV is also available in hybrid and plug-in hybrid versions.

In my opinion, the Ford Escape still has everything it takes to be appealing, and it\'s not going away from the market anytime soon. Nevertheless, anything is possible, as we\'ve seen in recent years. I would never have believed that I would see an electric SUV based on the Ford Mustang enter the market and, more importantly, achieve tremendous success. Furthermore, it appears that the Ford Escape is not the only model from the brand under the threat of extinction. We know that the Transit Connect will soon be withdrawn from the North American market to continue its career in Europe. It seems that the Edge is also nearing the end of its life, even though a new generation has been introduced for other markets like China. As for the Escape, we will have to wait until 2025 to be sure, but I sincerely hope that the model will continue to exist.
